Do you deliver?Unfortunately not. We work on a strict collection basis.

How long in advance do I need to place an order?Due to us being booked well in advance, we require orders for cupcakes to be placed at least 7 days prior to collections and orders for cakes to be placed at least 14 days in advance.

What is the payment policy?Payment are to be made upfront, in full. Orders are tentatively booked for 3 days. If payment has not been received within this time, your order will be cancelled. Orders are confirmed and booked upon receipt of payment. Payment are to be made via EFT. Banking details will be provided upon receipt of your order.

What is your returns policy?Once items have been collected from the bakery, they cannot be returned. Collection implies you are satisfied with the design and integrity of your order.

Can changes be made to a confirmed order?Unfortunately not as we begin preparation immediately after confirming your order. Please ensure orders are checked and any changes should be made prior to payment being made.

How many servings are there in a single layered cake?6” (15cm) - 8 servings 8” (20cm) - 14 servings 10” (25 cm) - 21 servings

Do you do orders of single cupcakes?Unfortunately not. Cupcakes are baked with a mininum order of 6 and sold in quantities of 6, eg. 6, 12, 18, 24, etc.
